Why are the Christmas Trees at some locations more expensive than others?

Prices vary depending on the individual fees, rent and overhead. This determines the fluctuation in pricing.


How soon can I pick up my Christmas tree after I make the purchase?

Although you may pre-purchase your tree at any time, pick up starts the day after Thanksgiving and will continue until Christmas Eve, while supplies last.


Can I choose any location to pick up my Christmas Tree?

Yes. We offer many convenient locations. Just pick the location from the drop down menu while purchasing.


What if I want a refund?

EZ Way makes every effort to ensure that you receive the highest quality of Christmas Tree. If you are displeased with your tree, we will replace it or refund your money prior to December 25th.


What other products and accessories do you sell?

Most locations offer Christmas tree stands.


What if I want to purchase more than one tree online and/or at different locations?

Trees must be purchased individually to ensure that you receive the proper voucher when picking up your tree.


How do I receive the voucher once I purchase the tree?

The voucher is emailed to you. You may print it out and bring it with you or show the salesman your voucher on your phone. Each voucher is numbered and attached to each charity.
